Protecting our CFTC Family: Our COVID-19 Response

Canadian Feed The Children is deeply concerned by the continuing global spread of the novel coronavirus and the resulting COVID-19 disease. We are committed to following Health Canada’s guidelines, as well as monitoring information from health officials in the countries and regions where we work. We consider the health and safety of our program participants, global partners, staff and volunteers to be of the utmost priority, so we are taking immediate action to protect our community and reduce the spread of the virus.

As of March 16th, 2020, Canadian staff and volunteers in our Toronto, Ottawa and Winnipeg offices have been asked to work from home. The decision to suspend in-office work in favour of remote work for CFTC Canada staff and volunteers was made in an abundance of caution in order to protect our staff and community.

Although we are working remotely, we will still maintain regular business activities. That means we are still here to support you. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. You are welcome to leave a confidential voicemail.
